Shipping & warm weather
Our chocolate range ships Australia-wide via Express Post for $18, signature required on delivery. Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday so they never sit in a depot over the weekend.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. From October to March, every chocolate order is packed in insulated packaging. When the forecast at your delivery address is above 30°C, we hold your order and dispatch it on the next cooler day - we’ll email you if this happens. If you’d rather not wait, reply and we’ll refund you in full.

If your order arrives damaged, email contact@yehnotbad.au within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
