Refund policy

All orders are packed with care and appropriate insulated protective packaging. We may delay dispatch during warmer months to protect your order. However, due to unforeseen events outside of our control (extreme weather changes or courier delays) your order may be impacted during transit.

We may cancel an order if we can't confidently get your goods delivered in a safe and timely manner. You can choose between a refund or store credit, refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of confirming your selection.

By placing an order, you agree to following the recommended storage and shelf life instructions. Please ensure orders are stored correctly and collected upon delivery in a timely manner.

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product please email contact@yehnotbad.au within 24 hours of delivery and provide as many photos as possible
