Flat Rate Express Post — $18

Our chocolate range ships Australia-wide via Express Post. During warmer months (October-March) some states are excluded. Signature is required upon delivery so your parcel is never left outside in the heat. Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday so they never sit in a depot over the weekend. Contact us directly to discuss shipping options if you can’t find what you’re looking for.

Kurnell kitchen, 2/5 Clerke Place, Kurnell — Monday and Tuesday.

Choose pickup at checkout and we'll contact you to confirm your pickup date and time.

Warm weather

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. From October to March, every chocolate order is packed in insulated packaging. When the forecast at your delivery address is above 30°C, we hold your order and dispatch it on the next cooler day — we'll email you if this happens. If you'd rather not wait, reply and we'll refund you in full.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, email contact@yehnotbad.au within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
