Founded by a professionally trained pastry chef with years of experience spanning five-star hotels, bakeries, and chocolate production kitchens. Yeh Not Bad takes an ingredient-led approach that prioritises flavour and sustainability over unnecessary excess. Rough around the edges by design, so we can put more of the good stuff in. Like the incredible Australian dried fruits and nuts that feature across the range.
